WHICH COUNTRIES DOES CCL SHIP TO?

CCL ships Ostrich products worldwide- while python and crocodile are only able to be shipped to the USA or South Africa. We ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We will always seek confirmation from customers prior to dispatching their first DDU shipment to make sure they are fully aware of the DDU policy. We recommend you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature on delivery. This address should be your billing or work address. Should you be interested in purchasing a product outside of our shipping destinations please contact us and we will try our best to service your request.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

All shipping is handled on an individual basis and the charges will be identified upfront prior to processing the order.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

Your Cape Cobra product order is insured in transit against theft and accidental damage until it reaches the delivery address specified. Once the merchandise has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance.

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN?

Cape Cobra products will be delivered in a Cape Cobra box, with each item individually wrapped in a Cape Cobra cotton bag to protect the skin and the hardware.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All orders require a signature on delivery so please make sure you provide a suitable shipping address where you are able to sign with the name of person of whom will sign for your parcel on arrival.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When the product is in stock we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days for South African deliveries. All other countries will be shipped within 3-4 weeks when in stock.

Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has also been verified. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock or requires customization, the waiting period can vary from 6-10 weeks depending on the needs of the order. Delivery times should be used as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Cape Cobra does not accept any returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect within 5 days of receipt of your product. Should there be a manufacturing defect after the return date policy, you can email us at info@capecobra.co.za and we will repair the defect. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed repairable. All items returned will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

Refunds for defective items ONLY- will be made within 30 days from notice given by customer and acknowledged by Cape Cobra. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Products may appear slightly different online and in images; colours may vary slightly and each skin has unique markings and scale formations. Please note that your product is one a kind and unique in its skin- so slight variations are common.
